Jason Szuch

CEO

Jason Szuch

Jason Szuch began his career in the Hospitality field and has previously served as a Hotel General Manager. He has owned 3 other successful technology start-ups for the last 20+ years. One of these is Hospitality WiFi, which has grown to become one of the largest independent wireless companies serving the Hospitality marketplace today.

Jason’s strengths include public speaking, team building, vision casting, and organizational leadership. He is a subject matter expert on CCTV, wireless networking, security, software applications, and wireless Internet.

In addition to his professional contributions, Jason has volunteered his time over the last 14 years ministering to college and high school students at his local church. He resides in Lima, Ohio, and is married to Lora, his high school sweetheart. They have three children, Ilona, Moriah, and Ryker.

Robert Grosz

President

Robert Grosz

Robert is a leader in the institutional real estate and technology industries with a 25-year track record. He is committed to helping institutional real estate owners and managers create value from investments in technology by enhancing the customer experience and forming long-lasting partnerships with best of breed technology solutions.

Robert started at Equity Residential in Chicago, IL and led their Strategic Business Development unit, where he was responsible for assuring that technology providers helped create the best possible living experience while yielding non-rent sources of income. While at Equity, he gained an understanding of how technology improves the marketability of real estate and developed a reputation for having a long-term vision and thinking outside the box to create win-win partnerships with technology companies.

He leveraged this experience and reputation to hold senior executive leadership positions at three different public companies and two successful technology start-ups. With a laser focus on the client, he is currently the President of World Cinema, Inc, Hospitality WiFi, and WCI Technologies. Previous to WCI, he worked at Boingo Wireless and DISH Network. His consistent focus on leveraging technology and information to benefit commercial enterprise and institutional real estate clients has afforded him industry-wide accolades.

Shan Griffin

Chief Operating Officer

Shan Griffin

Shan Griffin has a background that is rooted in manufacturing. His work experience includes over 9 years at a major component supplier to Honda of America and nearly 4 years of telecommunications in the Network Operations Center at UUNET/WorldCom, as well as 17 years in hospitality.

 

In each industry in which he has worked, Shan has started on the ground floor and worked his way up to the management level. With 30 years of Internet Technology Training, Customer Support, Problem Solving, Quality Control (including 5 years of experience with Statistical Process Control & ISO/QS9001 Auditing), as well as Engineering and Management experience, he joined Hospitality WiFi in April of 2004 to help get the fledgling company off the ground.

 

For the past 17 years, Shan has worked with Sales, Engineering, and Support to create a reputation in the industry for hard work and integrity, following the mantra “We’re Simple, Fair, & Inexpensive” and actually doing what we say we’ll do, Hospitality WiFi has continued to experience exponential growth and expansion from day one.

 

In his personal life, Shan enjoys spending time with his wife Jennifer and two sons, Noah and Titus. He is a proponent of adoption and supports various causes to help orphans and widows. Shan and his wife are currently foster parents and are open to adoption if the opportunity arises in the future.

Brandon Miller

CTO, Developer, Network Engineer

Brandon Miller

Brandon Miller has been working at Hospitality WiFi since its inception in 2004 as a developer and network engineer. Brandon specializes in network design, product development, and advanced troubleshooting of networks.

Brandon studied and earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems at Purdue University Calumet in 2002. College was just the beginning of Brandon’s journey of learning. He continues to stay abreast of the latest trends in information systems, security, and networking technology through continual study and research.

In his spare time, he enjoys being an avid runner for fun and fitness, reading, barbecue grilling, and a good cup of coffee. He has a wife and two boys who always keep him moving.

Miguel Rojas Campos

Vice President of Global Business Development

Miguel Rojas Campos

Miguel Rojas Campos joined our sister company SAY Security in 2007 as part of its Technical Support team, also performing Sales Management functions for the Spanish-speaking market. In 2015 he accepted an additional role in Hospitality WiFi as VP of Sales for Latin America & the Caribbean, and after seven successful years in the position, he recently accepted the role of VP of Global Business Development  for Hospitality WiFi.

Miguel’s years of experience as a project manager addressing the implementation of solutions in the field, particularly networking solutions, is invaluable to Hospitality WiFi as he expands his horizons beyond Latin American hotels, bringing this experience to hotels around the world  to improve their guest experience with Hospitality WiFi solutions.

 

Miguel also has 31 years of experience across the range of Information Technology, including Technical Support, Programming, Database Architecture, Database Administration, Computer Center Management, Technical Support Management, and Logistics Coordination from the IT perspective. Prior to joining SAY Security, Miguel worked in Mexico for successful firms in the banking, poultry, and automotive industries.

Jon Szuch

Hospitality Program Manager, Best Western

Jon Szuch

Jon Szuch joined Hospitality WiFi in November 2017 as the Best Western Program Manager. He brings his knowledge of onsite Hotel WiFi installation requirements to the team. He has been involved in a verity of technical roles since 2006; during this time, he has worked in Marketing, International and Domestic Sales, Operations Management, On-Site Technical Coordinator, and Program Management. Working with two major Distribution VARs as a Cisco sales specialist and on the Global Team has given him insight as to the inner workings of different manufacturers’ go-to market plan as well as international and logistics ability.

 

On his down time, he relaxes by taking long rides on his motorcycle and playing with his daughter.

Rex Wilges

Rex Wilges

Rex Wilges joined Hospitality WiFi Sales in 2011, bringing his experience across a wide range of Information Technology including Technical Support, Programming, Database Architecture, Database Administration, Technical Support Management, and Logistics Coordination from the IT perspective.

Rex’s broad knowledge of IT and rapport with customers have been key in creating a bridge between users, the Sales team, and Technical Support.

Mike Mitchell

Michael "Mike" Mitchell

Michael Mitchell has been in the electrical, telecommunication, CCTV, and WiFi business for the past 27 years. Born in the wonderful state of Ohio, he has been married for 33 years to his beautiful wife, with whom he has 6 awesome children. They are also blessed with 7 grandchildren.

 

Mike’s goal in business is to listen to his customers’ needs and wants and to help design and build them a cost-effective turnkey solution that meets those wants and needs.

Amy Huber

Amy Huber

Amy Huber joined Hospitality WiFi/World Cinema with 10 years of  key account management experience and 3 years of experience with DISH Network managing a large portfolio of national brands. At DISH, she worked cross-departmentally to oversee complex commercial installations and was also responsible for increasing brand penetration. She also worked with sales teams, technical teams, operation teams, as well as techs out in the field.

In her most recent role as the DISH liaison for World Cinema, she worked closely with WCI teams and executives across multiple departments to develop brand penetration strategies as well as product road-mapping and also handled day-to-day operations.

Amy is passionate about technology and hospitality and notes that "building relationships is my forte and my passion."

 

Amy currently lives just outside of Denver, CO. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their 5 children and 3 pups. (Her oldest just started college in Anchorage, Alaska!)  She and her husband are huge foodies- whether it’s cooking at home or going out to eat at "one of the bazillion awesome restaurants in Denver." She is also a huge group fitness buff and loves to fit in classes whenever she can.

Michele Hicks

Michele Hicks joined the Hospitality WiFi Sales team in 2016. She started her career in the hospitality industry in 1989 as a Guest Service Manager and in 1993 transitioned to the role of Director of Sales and Catering. Her passion is working with people.

Michele has extensive knowledge of working in all departments of a hotel. She loves the hospitality industry and currently works primarily with IHG properties on the IHG Connect program.

Prior to Hospitality WiFi, Michele worked in Retail Management, Direct Sales, and Medical Marketing with breast cancer patients as a certified fitter for prosthetics.

Rob Shoemaker

Rob Shoemaker

Rob Shoemaker spent the last 26 years in the hotel industry, all of which were with IHG, before joining Hospitality WiFi in 2022. He started in the business in 1996 as a bellman and worked his way up. During his time in the industry, he worked as a guest service representative, banquet manager, maintenance, front office manager, and general manager.

 

Rob has gained a vast knowledge of how the industry works as whole and has learned that taking care of the customer is the top priority. He plans to use his knowledge and skill to help Hospitality WiFi grow and prosper. 

 

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife of 21 years and their two boys. They enjoy spending time at amusement parks, swimming, and partaking in sporting events. 

Darrell Cranford

Hospitality Program Manager, Choice

Darrell Cranford

Darrell D. Cranford joined Hospitality WiFi in July 2017 as the Program Manager overseeing our Choice Hotels International portfolio and brings a wealth of experiences to the Hospitality WiFi team.

Darrell holds a degree in Music from the University of Puget Sound, as well as numerous technology-related certifications, including MS Server(s), Unix, and MS-based web servers and related DB administration(s), and ISO 900x and ITIL processes and procedures.

Darrell’s experience ranges from running day-to-day operations of a retail facility, field services for a multi-billion-dollar company, and ISP infrastructure and services, to hotel member relations management with major hospitality organizations.

Darrell’s hobbies include playing chess with people all over the world, martial arts with his entire family, and forever being a fan of all music. Besides food, music is the universal thread that keeps humanity and people together, regardless of the many other distractions in our lives.

Rick Barclay

Rick Barclay

Rick Barclay joined our sister company SAY Security in 2003, and in 2015 also joined the Hospitality WiFi team.

Rick has over 25 years of experience in the low-voltage industry including WiFi, Networking, CCTV, Burglar Alarm Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, Access Control Systems, and more.  He carries certifications in many of these areas.

Rick enjoys being involved with his twin teenage daughters as they participate in sports and he coached their winning softball team last year.

Rick’s main objective is helping clients by designing the best and most cost-effective solutions for WiFi, CCTV, and other products that we offer.

Alicia Hudson

Alicia Hudson

Alicia Hudson joined Hospitality WiFi as a sales admin in May 2018, but was quickly promoted in February 2019 to a full sales representative focused on the Choice program. She is responsible for several major accounts across multiple hotel brands.

Alicia is a dedicated single mother and enjoys sharing her outdoor-focused hobbies with her daughter. Their favorite activities include camping, hiking, and target shooting.

Ben Ziegler

Ben Ziegler

Ben Ziegler joins Hospitality WiFi with a broad background in the communication industry, encompassing network backbone installations, telcom systems, Hospitality WiFi network design, installation, & sales consulting.

Ben offers technical solutions, solving both new build & existing hotel clients’ guest WiFi needs with the latest technology trends most relevant to today’s hotel guests.

Ben has been in the radio industry as both an owner & morning talk show host broadcaster for over 25 years.

Ben’s hobbies include music, such as playing the drums & guitar, attempting golf, and fine dining & traveling. Ben resides in Fargo, ND.

Joe King

Channel Manager, US

Joe King

Joe King joined Hospitality WiFi in 2019 to focus on Reseller Channel business and to be the central point of contact for all US Channel Partners.

Joe brings 20 plus years of experience working with partners, ensuring their access to required resources, and enabling them for success. Most of his career has involved Channel Management for companies such as, Nortel, ADTRAN, and ZEBRA/Motorola Solutions.

Joe’s background in Datacom / Telecom includes Routers, Switches, Gateways, VoIP, WLAN, WiFi, Cloud Based Solutions, and Support Services. With an understanding of these technologies and WiFi’s critical role in connecting the Internet of Things (IoT) to the network, Joe is here to assist with your efforts in selling world-class Hospitality WiFi products and services to your customers.

On a personal note: Joe is married to his wife Betty. They have 3 married children and 7 grandkids. Joe has enjoyed leading Financial Peace University courses, helping others archive financial freedom and become debt-free.

Beau Beidelschies

Senior Systems & Support Engineer

Beau Beidelschies

Beau Beidelschies has been with Hospitality WiFi since August of 2006 as a Systems and Support Engineer. His skills and duties include programming equipment for installations, engineering layout of wireless access points for properties for wireless coverage, phone support for customers and end users, and product research and testing.

Prior to joining Hospitality WiFi, Beau worked for Verizon Online as a DSL support operator, then as the Operations Assistant overseeing all day-to-day call center duties.

Global Design Engineering Manager

Matt Wegesin

Matt Wegesin has a background in networking spanning back more than 25 years. He started out working for a small local dial-up ISP as a network administrator. He later worked for UUNET/WorldCom before landing a job with our sister company SAY Security, where he built, supported, helped develop, sold, and sourced video recording systems. 

 

In his current position, he manages a global team of engineers that design WiFi systems. He works with his team and our brand managers to develop a design strategy for individual brands that will meet or exceed their standards and best practices.

 

In his personal time he enjoys competitive BBQ, traveling, and camping.

Gary Plescher

Gary Plescher

Gary Plescher joined Hospitality WiFi in July 2016. He is a graduate of Miami University in 1998, with a degree in Management Information Systems, and has extensive experience in media, private industry, and the public sector.

His hobbies include LEGOs, gaining experience in different technologies, and media.

Timbre Hissong

Staff Accountant, Best Western Liaison

Timbre Hissong

Timbre Hissong joined Hospitality WiFi in 2016 to cover accounts receivable, purchasing, and ordering. She also serves as the Best Western Liaison. Timbre holds degrees in accounting and electrical engineering and worked in the automotive industry before joining Hospitality WiFi.

In her spare time, Timbre enjoys spending time with her husband and three children going bicycling, hiking, and attending her children’s music and sporting events.

Lori Elmore

Lori Elmore

Lori serves in a variety of roles at Hospitality WiFi, including accounts receivable, purchasing, and order processing, and working with our Choice Hotels team and customers to help ensure orders and installs run smoothly.

Lori holds degrees in Business and Finance. Prior to coming on staff with Hospitality WiFi in 2016, Lori worked in Accounting at schools in Alabama and Ohio.

 

In her spare time, Lori serves at her local church, where her husband Al is the pastor. They have two daughters, Meagen and Amberly, son-in-law Blake, and a beautiful granddaughter, Harper Grace.

Melanie Swiderek

Melanie Swiderek joined Hospitality WiFi in 2012 to head its Marketing efforts. She holds a Ph.D. from Cornell University and spent several years studying how messages affect beliefs, which led to her current focus on Marketing Communications.

Prior to joining Hospitality WiFi, Melanie gained more than 10 years of experience in technical writing, patent writing, and content creation. She has worked for a variety of high-tech companies and electronics standards creation groups in the areas of industrial wireless communication, mobile communication, and enterprise network technology, and she is listed as co-inventor on a patent related to mobile asset location using electronic tags. Her career has straddled the boundary between marketing and technical communications.

Melanie is married with 2 stepdaughters and 4 rescued feline furkids. She spends much of her personal time volunteering with Shiloh Church UCC, where she currently serves as the Vice President and contributes to the Marketing team and the Personnel committee, as well as engaging in a number of ongoing service projects such as Rebuilding Together Dayton. She also enjoys volunteering with the local Five Rivers Metroparks and various other community organizations. In her spare time, she also enjoys reading books and playing video games.

Craig Wheeler

Regional Vice President, Australasia, SE Asia, Middle East, and Africa

Craig Wheeler

Craig Wheeler started his working career as an Industrial Chemist working for one of Australia’s largest corporations, and then worked for US multinational chemical companies as a Technical Sales Consultant.

For the next 20 years, his role of security management/consultant working in the hospitality industry has enabled him to understand a broad range of client needs, from the owner of a property to the guest that uses it.

Over the past 10 years, Craig’s involvement in static and mobile CCTV Technologies has allowed him to grow into the WiFi technology market space, and his hospitality experience makes him a perfect fit for Hospitality WiFi. Craig’s goal in business is not only to meet but exceed his customers’ needs and provide them with a service second to none. Craig’s regional teams are strong and dynamic and will help their clients to design and build cost-effective turnkey solutions.

Craig’s love of golf also enables him and his clients to spend time outside the office trying to get that handicap down.

Craig is married with 3 beautiful daughters and a son.

Brad Warr

Vice President, Australia/New Zealand and Pacific Islands

Brad Warr

Brad started out his working career as a Police Officer in the New South Wales Police Force. During his policing career, Brad worked in numerous roles such as a general duties officer, plainclothes officer with the Pro-Active Crime Prevention Team, and also with the Riot Squad. Following this, Brad spent several years as a Senior Personal Trainer and Personal Training Manager for Virgin Active Health Clubs.

Always seeking new challenges, Brad moved into the security and hospitality industries as the CEO of a specialised security equipment solutions provider working with government, private, and public sectors, which he has done for the past 7 years.

Brad holds formal qualifications in Policing, Personal Training, and Mechanical Engineering.

 

During his spare time, Brad enjoys keeping reptiles and exotic fish, as well as camping and keeping fit. He is married with 2 beautiful daughters.

Michael Vargosko

Managing Director, EMEA

Michael Vargosko

With nearly 30 years of experience in global markets, Michael oversees Hospitality WiFi International’s growth and expansion in the EMEA region.

Michael, who holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and the Vienna University of Economics and Business, started his career in the US as an international project manager and subsequently held senior roles in account management, product management, and business development. In his two most recent roles, he served as Managing Director for two global hotel technology providers, covering EMEA, India, and Latin America.

 

Michael is a dual citizen of the US and Poland.

Trudi Chambers

Regional Wireless Sales Manager, Australasia

Trudi Chambers

Trudi Chambers brings with her over twenty years of knowledge and experience in the hospitality space across multiple platforms, IPTV/VOD, wired and wireless networking into independent and large-scale hotelier brands in partnership with streaming companies. Her business experience, including responsibility for sales, support, marketing, and operations across Australia and Asia, has rewarded her with strong relationships.

Additionally, Trudi spent 3 years as Country Manager at FCS, where she gained greater understanding of front and back of house processes, solidifying her ability to provide solution-based offerings for hotels. Her customer relationship expertise continues to bind her to the industry and ensure the right solution for each and every client.

Rock Correa

Sales and Technical Engineering Liaison, Asia-Pacific Operations

Rock Correa

Rock Correa is based in the Philippines and joined Hospitality WiFi way back in July 2012 as a Remote Tech Support Agent for US operations. During the last quarter of 2018, the company started its expansion in the Philippines and Asia-Pacific. Rock assisted in upgrading the network infrastructure of hotels under the IHG brand and soon after was assigned as Sales and Technical Engineering Liaison for APAC in September 2019. At present, he also handles sales operations in the Philippines.

Rock’s past work experience includes time spent as a Sales Manager for known photographic brands such as Nikon, Agfa, and Konica in the Philippines, and as a Technical Support Representative for Time Warner Cable at a call center in the Philippines.

Siva Sivadheeban

Regional Installation/Technical Manager

Siva Sivadheeban

Siva Sivadheeban joins Hospitality WiFi after a decade working in the Hospitality Guest Technology sector in Asia Pacific.

Siva previously held the positions of APAC Presales Engineering Manager for GuestTek and South Pacific Operations Manager for Intertouch over the past eleven years, positioning Siva to conquer his new role with Hospitality WiFi.

Siva holds a Master of Science degree for System-on-Chip Design from KTH, Stockholm and a Bachelor of Science Engineering honours degree for Electronics and Telecommunications from the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka.

 

Siva has a passion for technology and customer service and is well respected by hotels and his peers in the Hospitality industry across Asia Pacific.

Robby Hartanto

Regional Manager/Sales and Technical Support

Robby Hartanto

Robby Hartanto is based in Indonesia and brings a wealth of technical expertise to his new role with Hospitality WiFi. With more than 13 years’ experience across multiple international chains such as Accor and IHG, Robby gained his Bachelor Degree of Computer Science in Indonesia.

Since then, he has worked as a Software and Program Engineer until more recently expanding his expertise to IT Management, overseeing hotel technology systems and WiFi installations. His dedication to service excellence has seen him become a very respected part of the IT community in Indonesia.

In his spare time, Robby enjoys playing drums, working with Novation Launchpad, and travelling.

Rudy Regenass

Regional Sales Manager, Africa

Rudy Regenass

Rudy was originally born in Lusaka, Zambia, then emigrated with his family to Johannesburg, South Africa, then to Cape Town, South Africa. After high school, Rudy completed 2 years compulsory military service in the South African Air Force and then completed a degree in Metallurgy.

Rudy worked as a technical sales manager for a large South African chemical company, where he specialised in water treatment, specifically corrosion, and microbiology treatments, as well as uses of speciality chemicals used in offshore oil exploration.

Always the innovator, Rudy started his own business in industrial wastewater treatment, which he sold to start another company, manufacturing specialised ozone generating equipment for disinfection and sterilisation of large-scale water plants. This successful company is currently an international supplier to Coca-Cola and several well-known water brands for their bottled water sterilisation. This involved extensive travel throughout Africa and its different cultures.

Rudy’s interests are adventurous and include skydiving, triathlons, and adventure hiking. He has two children, a daughter who is studying teaching in Cape Town and a son who works in aquaculture in Mississippi, USA.
